I found it difficult to watch this documentary, and a couple of times I was on the verge of pausing it (I watched it at home). My first reaction, which came very early into the movie, was anger. Then, however, I just sat there watching the rest of the movie incredulously, shaking my head from time to time.
Jesus Camp is both fascinating and scary at the same time, and I was really disturbed by it and could not help feeling sorry for these kids. The fact that what this movie portrays is real and happening here and now, rather than being the result of a fictional movie script, is very upsetting.
